Because ‘feeling at home’ is highly ranked in our philosophy, we will gladly take into account any desires our (future) inhabitants may have. If you have any specific needs or feel your work space requires adjustment, we are confident that we can work things out!

Service management

Nobody says no to service, right? Neither do we – and that is why we have a special service bundle ‘on offer’ for each specific building.

This helps to keep costs comprehensive, and creates space for things that deserve priority: our core business.

The service bundle is different for each building, but may contain the following utilities:

  • Conference and presentation rooms
  • Heat, electricity, and water supply
  • Mail handling
  • Cleaning service
  • Window cleaning service
  • Copy and print room
  • Drinking facilities
  • Technical maintenance

Park management

  • ©-mill is a colourful place, both inside and out. Because we want our environment to stay refreshing the whole year round, we perform park management.

Together with you, the inhabitants or guests, we contribute to the costs of several utilities.

For example:

  • Security
  • Green space maintenance
  • Utilities (power, gas, heat, demi water, etc.)
  • Company restaurant
  • Maintenance of public areas (street lighting, etc.)
  • Reception service
  • Technical services (to the benefit of all inhabitants)

The Management

Because we highly value services, we have included several agreements on this aspect in our rental contracts.
Tenants are expected to at least take part in the Park management, and for a number of buildings we also stimulate use of a specific service bundle (for which we will naturally provide information without charge).
©-mill has requested C’Magne to act as hotelkeeper of the terrain. Hospitable as we are, we fulfill this role with great relish and verve.
